PROJECT STORY

Mama’s Burger is a brand with roots in Ostrava that earned its reputation through an honest approach and high-quality ingredients. A turning point came when the restaurant was featured by Zdeněk Pohlreich in the TV show Ano, šéfe!. From that moment, a new story began—and its next chapter led to the heart of Pardubice, where a brand-new brick-and-mortar restaurant was born.

The project was carried out by RM Gastro in cooperation with our business partner Gastro Market pana Sochy. The entire kitchen design was prepared by our project engineer Matěj Funiok using the REDFOX line.

Our solution

The entire kitchen was designed and equipped exclusively with Czech-made REDFOX products:

• REDFOX cooking line
• Griddle with smooth plate
• Deep fryer
• REDFOX 102 dishwasher
• SE 40 salamanders
• Complete range of REDFOX refrigerated tables
• Custom stainless-steel elements to complete the setup

Thanks to this concept, the kitchen is practical, ergonomic, and visually appealing at the same time.

Project implementation

The project was led by Matěj Funiok, who ensured that the entire solution was designed with a strong emphasis on ergonomics, efficiency, and a modern look. The key challenge was to combine high performance and speed of preparation with a warm, friendly design that reflects the spirit of Mama’s Burger.
